For several years in a row, according to a survey of foreign investors conducted by the European Business Association, the main barriers to investment in Ukraine are corruption and mistrust of the judiciary.

The modern institute of private bailiffs is called upon to restore reliance in the stage of enforcement of court decisions as to the final stage of the judicial process.

Mr. Alexander Sarzhan (managing partner of the investment company “FINTEK”) participated as a speaker at the international conference: “Private bailiffs in Ukraine: the path to effective reform” with representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the Association of private bailiffs of Ukraine, discussed the issues that concern investors while obtaining uncertain real estate objects, including during ordering at the electronic auction “SETAM”, and also shared tools to decrease risks for potential buyers.
